How do I get started with regards to downloading the presets?
Once you have decided on your favourite pack, we will send you an email with detailed step by step - this will help walk you through the download process so you can get started editing your photos quickly and easily
What app do I need in order to download my presets?
Type in "Lightroom" in the app store. You may see a few different options. What you're looking for is "Adobe Lightroom Photo Editor", which is the FREE, official Lightroom mobile app.
Will I be required to purchase the preset pack again if I have a new phone?
No, you do not need to purchase again. You will still have access to your download page so you can download them to your new phone if/when needed. Otherwise, If you have created a Lightroom account, you can access them from any device - at any time!
